Fortnite is in the news again thanks to a dropped lawsuit from the creators of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. Meanwhile, physical disc based copies of Fortnite are selling for upwards of $300 online. Finally, we discuss the future of everyone’s hated, and at the same time loved, business GameStop and how they can survive being put on the auction block.

AI is being trained to play DotA 2, and it is fascinating Dylan to see how AI can push both players and computer technology. Summer Games Done Quick has been dominating Twitch for the past week by raising money for Doctor’s Without Borders, and Ryan discovers that there are some speedrunners that are sponsored by esports organizations. Finally the long awaited rework of Symmetra hit’s Overwatch.

We also mention two great games you should pick up on the Steam Summer Sale: hilarious multiplayer game Mount Your Friends and the pure metal reboot that is Doom (2016).

There was so much good, and so much not-good. We dive through all of our favorites, from Death Stranding, Kingdom Hearts III, Fallout 76 and all of the other pretty things. On the dark side of the E3 coin? Sony being completely tone def and locking out Fortnite players who want to play multiplatform, exploitation of artists for Beyond Good and Evil 2, and the final blow to the Nintendo 3DS.
